All our rates INCLUDE the 6% WV sales tax and the 6% hotel tax. Therefore, the prices you see below will NOT be increased by 12% later on. The only add on will be the $50 cleaning fee and a $35 pet fee in case you bring one.

From June till Labor Day weekend, cabins will only be rented by the week. However due to possible cancellations, please do inquire when week days or weekends are desired. Weekly rentals are from Sunday till Sunday. Weekends are Friday and Saturday. Week days are Sundays through Thursdays. Alternative days upon request. Bookings can be confirmed one year ahead of time, guaranteeing quoted rate. Check in time 4pm Check out time 10.30 am When other check in / out times are desire, please inquire. Security deposit $150 (refundable) Return of security deposit within two weeks after rental ends. Cleaning fee $50 Pet fee $35, Max. two pets (see rules for pets) 50% payment due at booking. Full payment of rental fee, cleaning fee and security deposit due 21 days before rental period starts. Bookings of less than three days, full payment at time of booking. Cancellation fee is $50 We accept bank transfers, checks and Credit Cards through Paypal. Returning guest 5% discount.
