This website is fully set up to book AND pay online. Payments are secure and are processed through Authorize.net or Paypal, depending which one you choose.

Checking availability and pricing.

This site allows you to check various things before you decide to book.

• You want to check out an exact price.
  Scroll down to the price list below, and Click The View Calendar button behind the house you are interested in. Fill out the number of people you are planning to travel with, click on the calendar start and end dates, and then click on calculate your stay. In case you want to book, then fill out the remaining.
• You want to know the price and book a cabin.
  Fill out the information as in the description above and once you have a price, continue by filling out your name and email and then go to book now.
• You want to know which homes are available and when?
• Click Here You will find a calendar showing all houses. Click the start and end date of the house you are interested in and the system will lead you to a page calculating the total cost for each house available in your date range.
• You want more than one house?
  Click Here You will find an open calendar. Fill in your start and end date and the system will give you all available houses plus the prices.

Rates

• Included in the RATES are:
• 6% sales tax
• 6% hotel tax
  
  
• NOT included in the rates are
• The cleaning fee (see below)
• A pet fee, in case you bring a pet (see below)
• Refundable security deposit (see below)
• $15 for each person per night above 8 if your group has more than 8 people.

Discounts

• For repeat guests, we offer a 5% discount. When you book with the same email address you used before, this discount will be applied automatically. If you can't remember the email address you used, please go ahead with your booking and let us know and we will apply the discount for you manually.
• For rental periods of more than one week, we will allow for a discounted price. Please inquire.

Rental periods

• During the summer season, The Cardinal, The West Virginian and The Black Bear are rented by the week only with check in and check out on Sundays. However, do check with us if you require a shorter period, as every now and then we have a cancellation.
• Week days are Sunday through Thursday nights.
• There is a two night minimum rental period.
• For holiday periods and fall color season we do require 3 or 4 night minimums

Extra fees

• Cleaning fees
• Black Bear $125
• West Virginian $115
• Cardinal $105
• A $150 security deposit which will be refunded a 100% after check out. The deposit will be returned to you within 2 weeks after your departure
• Cancellation fees. (See policies).
• When renting the cabins for more than 8 persons per cabin, we charge $15pppn. However in such a case, you would have to provide your own sleeping arrangements such as air mattresses and linens going with it.
• Pet fee is $20 per day, with a $40 minimum.

Payments

• 25% at time of booking.
• 100% payment including the cleaning fee and Security deposit, two weeks before arrival.
• When booking within three weeks before arrival 100%

• Credit Cards, only through our website. (Credit card payments are facilitated by the Paypal or Authorize.net organization and are thus secure) We will never know your Card's information.
• We do NOT accept cash payments

• Bookings can be confirmed one year ahead of time, guaranteeing quoted rate.
• Check in time 4pm Check out time 10:30am When other check in / out times are desire, please inquire.
